Cancellation Policy - Returns
If you wish to return a product or part of your order, please contact us via the contact form at email@example.com or by calling our e-astro customer service department at +30 2170 009700 or 2710 227758 .
Product returns may be accepted within 15 days of the date of receipt.
If the reason you wish to return the product due to a defect, you must notify us immediately within 48 hours and send us to the firstname.lastname@example.org photo of the defective product,
to understand the problem of informing our suppliers and also to solve any qualitative issues that may arise faster.
If the reason for the refund is a defect or damage during transport the return costs are taken over by the e-
astro as long as the shipping company of our company has undertaken the mission.
However, if the order was handed over by the customer with a carrier of its own choice, e-astroo is not responsible for any damage or defect suffered by the product or products during transportation.
If you wish to return the product or products you ordered for another because of you are not satisfied with the quality, color etc. then the shipping costs of the return of the product are charged to the customer.
Reimbursed money does not include initial shipping costs.
Prerequisites for returning products:
1. The product has not been used
2. The product is accompanied by its original packaging and all its contents
3. For items that have special factory packaging, their packaging should not be tampered with or damaged.
Do not remove any stickers or brand labels, etc. that the products may have on them
5. In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary clearance documents and receipts.
Without limitation of the Article 9 Disclosure provisions, the order may be canceled in the following cases:
1. Before the order is completed,

return costs are borne by the customer.
